CLASSES

  • A high-intensity, quick 35-minute full body session tailored to sculpt and define the areas we love- A$$, Arms, Abs! LIFT the booty, STRENGTHEN your core, & TONE those arms in this heated, sweat sesh. 1-3lb dumbells or balabands, booty bands, sliders, and ankle weights will make your workout extra spicy (equip used depends on instructor flow and may vary).

    Please bring mat!

  • Pilates Sculpt is our signature sweat sesh that blends low-impact sculpting exercises with resistance based training and equipment. Challenge your balance, control, and precision of movement with this 45 min Pilates class. You'll flow through exercises that work your booty, legs, core, and arms. This full body workout is designed to sculpt and tone your entire body all while building long, lean muscle. This class is Heated. Please bring towel and water.

    The vibe is high energy combined with lyrical energetic playlists. Please bring mat!

  • Experience our dynamic HEATED Power Yoga session, meticulously crafted to blend flexibility, strength, and stamina via a seamless sequence of diverse yoga postures. Integrating elements from both traditional Vinyasa styles and our invigorating Power Flow, the class culminates with rejuvenating restorative poses, concluding with a well-earned period of relaxation. Accommodating all skill levels, modifications will be recommended, ensuring inclusivity within this brisk-paced session.

  • The post yoga glow will be impossible to miss in our signature stretch and recovery sweat sesh. Designed to purify the mind, body, and soul this is the flow you never knew you needed. This juicy class is a combination of flow and static stretches ideal for releasing kinks and lengthening tightened muscles. With a focus on deep release, your body will thank you after your time spent on the mat! Allow the rhythmic beats and deep breaths to melt the tension away. Leave this class feeling like the best version of you; flexible, calm and collected. The room will be heated to help detoxify the body and allow for deeper movements.

Immerse yourself in a transformative experience that combines the cleansing power of hot yoga with the sculpting intensity of a full-body workout. This 45 min-long session is an intense journey, featuring cardio bursts meticulously crafted to reshape your entire body. Drawing inspiration from COREPOWER & led by certified COREPOWER instructors, be prepared for an invigorating experience. Don't forget to bring your mat, towel, and water as temps rise to 100 or higher!
